2. Service Description

Wind Tracker is an application dedicated to wind sports enthusiasts (kitesurfing, windsurfing, wingfoil, etc.). It allows you to track your sessions, discover spots, check weather conditions, and connect with other practitioners.

3. User Account

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities performed under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the application responsibly and legally. It is prohibited to:

  • Post offensive, illegal content or content that infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to hack or compromise the application's security
  • Use the application for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Create multiple accounts or impersonate other users

5. User Content

You retain your rights to the content you post (photos, comments, weather reports). By posting content, you grant Wind Tracker a non-exclusive license to display this content in the application. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

6. Intellectual Property

The Wind Tracker application, its code, design, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wind Tracker is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of weather data or spot information. Users practice wind sports at their own risk. Wind Tracker cannot be held responsible for accidents or damages related to sports practice.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
